Peaches
Our peaches are spot-picked
as ripe as we can handle them without bruising. To finish ripening,
hold at room temperature or at about 70 degrees until they are
as soft as you like to eat, freeze, or preserve them. To delay
ripening, keep in refrigerator. Our peach selection in order of
harvest are:
Jerseyland, Harken, Red Haven, Sun High, Washington, Loring, Blake,
Crest Haven, Redskin, and Rio-oso-gem - and many more too numerous
to mention!
