Peaches

Our peaches are spot-picked as ripe as we can handle them without bruising. To finish ripening, hold at room temperature or at about 70 degrees until they are as soft as you like to eat, freeze, or preserve them. To delay ripening, keep in refrigerator. Our peach selection in order of harvest are:
Jerseyland, Harken, Red Haven, Sun High, Washington, Loring, Blake, Crest Haven, Redskin, and Rio-oso-gem - and many more too numerous to mention!

Summer Apples

Lodi (cooking), Summer Rambo, Mollie's Delicious, Ginger Gold, Gala, Jersey Mac and Greening.

Early Fall

McIntosh, Grimes Golden, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, Mutus, Red Delicious, Empire, Cortland , Jon-a-Gold, Honey Crisp.

                            Late Fall

Red Rome, Stayman (Winesap), Northern Spy, McCoun, Red York, Ida Red, Cameo,        Pink Lady,York, Red Fuji and Granny Smith.

For the best flavor and texture, keep apples under refrigeration or in a cool, moist place near
32 degrees. Keep Golden Delicious Apples in a plastic bag.
